Step 02

Availability & offer

We check availability for your dates and the reason for your stay, then send a transparent offer with the all-inclusive monthly price — utilities, electricity, internet and cleaning included.

Step 03Deposit €1,000 / €1,500

Rental agreement & deposit

You'll receive the contract and payment details digitally. The deposit is €1,000 (1-room) or €1,500 (2-room), and the first month's rent is due before arrival. On request we issue a landlord confirmation for registering your address.

Step 04Around the clock

Self check-in

Before arrival you'll get your access code on your phone. Move in whenever suits you — arrival around the clock, with no reception desk.

Step 05Cleaning every 14 days

Living & service

Move in and feel at home: a fully furnished apartment, high-speed Wi-Fi and a cleaning service every 14 days, including fresh bedding and towels. Your personal contact is there for you throughout your stay.

Step 06

Moving out

At the end of your agreed rental period, moving out is simple. Apartments are usually let for up to 6 months — we agree the exact period with you individually.

Good to know

How long is the minimum stay?

All apartments are let from 28 nights. Longer stays over several months are possible at any time and are taken into account with your enquiry.

How much is the deposit?

The deposit amounts to one month’s rent and is refunded in full within 14 days once the apartment is handed back in good order.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome in selected apartments by prior arrangement. Please state the type and size of your pet with your enquiry.

How does cancellation work?

Once the agreed minimum term has passed, a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month applies — straightforward and transparent.
