How long is the minimum stay?
All apartments are let from 28 nights. Longer stays over several months are possible at any time and are taken into account with your enquiry.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit amounts to one month’s rent and is refunded in full within 14 days once the apartment is handed back in good order.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in selected apartments by prior arrangement. Please state the type and size of your pet with your enquiry.
How does cancellation work?
Once the agreed minimum term has passed, a notice period of 14 days to the end of the month applies — straightforward and transparent.
